The move to a new state prompted a desire to explore my new surroundings which in turn inspired an interest in photography. I've long enjoyed taking pieces and parts of images, patterns, and textures, and reassembling them into a new whole. When my right hand started to give out on me, making it difficult to use scissors for long periods of time or to cut tiny slivers of paper, a friend suggested photograph editing software as a possible alternative. I absolutely love it! (And my right hand thanks me daily, LOL!)
